Fries Ingredients:
  1. 2 large potatoes (cut into batonnet)
  2. ½ liter cooking oil
Tuna Curry Gravy:
  1. 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
  2. 1 tbsp. flour
  3. 1 185g can Gold Seas Tuna Chunks in Mild Indian Curry
  4. ½ cup milk
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
Toppings:
  1. Cottage Cheese
  2. Parsley
Procedure:
1. Heat oil and fry potatoes until crispy.
2. While frying the potatoes proceed with creating the gravy.
3. Melt the butter in a pan and add flour.
4. Mix until the flour is cooked through and forms a slightly thick paste.
5. Add the can of tuna and mix until well combined.
6. Add the milk gradually. Simmer until thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
7. Remove the excess oil from the potatoes.
8. Pour a generous amount of the tuna curry gravy on top of the fries.
9. Sprinkle with some parsley and cottage cheese before serving. (Optional)
GOLDEN FACT: Poutine is a popular dish from Canada. Originally, the dish was just fries and cheese curds. The gravy was added later on to keep the fries warm for a longer time.
